2014 MSHS Priley Award
On October 25,  2014 Judy Code, one of our most active members,  was awarded the Joseph Priley Award by the Minnesota State  Horticultural Society. The Priley award, given for excellence in community beautification, was given in recognition of Judy and her committee's work to beautify Bridge Square and other public spaces in downtown Northfield. Congratulations Judy! 



2013 MSHS Garden Club of the Year
The Northfield Garden Club has been named "Garden Club of the Year" by the Minnesota State Horticultural Society. EdDee Imm, past president of the Garden Club, accepted the award on behalf of the club at the MSHS awards luncheon on April 13, 2013. Congratulations and thank you to all who contributed to the hard work and creative activities of the past year. We are especially grateful to MNDOT, the city of Northfield, Knecht's nursery, the Northfield Area Foundation and local volunteers who partnered with us for the Highway 3 project that planted 64 trees along the road from the Cannon River south to Jefferson Parkway.
